Had to do an online video interview with a partner (informal chat), then bookkeeping test to time at home, then final interview with partner which involved going through a case study.
First submitted the application online, then get invited the interviews. There were 2 rounds of interviews, one with two managers and one with partner. All interviewers were really friendly and tried to get to know you as a person.

Colloquio
Face to face interview with AM followed by face to face interview with 2 office partners. Was very conversational, all very nice people and made me feel comfortable to be me in the meeting
