Thank you for leaving your feedback, firstly we make it clear to candidates that the second round interview is at your own discretion and you are not under any obligation to attend, and more importantly, that you will not be taking part in any customer interaction or anything considered to be work. This is all written in the paperwork which every candidate including yourself signs to confirm they understand everything before attending. The second round interview is simply an opportunity for candidates to see the day to day tasks of the role, and so we can explain the role in more depth, including the remuneration and progression opportunities. This gives candidates the opportunity to ask all of their questions and make a well-informed decision if the role is for them or not, we are glad you were given enough information to decide.
