I have interviewed at this company three times now, followed by three rejections. Why they keep bringing me back, I am not sure. The process starts out with an HR screen, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a technical interview (also with the hiring manager). In the technical interview, they consult with you on how you would handle a live problem they are actually working on.
