They were good at first giving timely updates. It all went bad after two final interviews. They promised to get back within the week. I waited two weeks and no updates. I tried reaching out to 2 recruiters and my final interviewer on LinkedIn to ask for updates on my application. They did not respond to this as well. It was over another 2 weeks and didn't hear from them again. I just decided to retract my application since it showed they did not respect and value the time of their applicants. I messaged them regarding my decision to retract and they didn't even acknowledge it. I would have been okay with being told I didn't pass the evaluation instead of getting left on read or even worse, inbox zoned.
