It was a multi-step long interview with several people. After around 1 month, they reached out to me and the offer was not close to what I expected. They offer a different job position to me than what I applied for!

Met recruiters at a college career fair, followed by a 45 minute phone call. Pretty straightforward questions, nothing unexpected. I thought there might be another interview, but they were just doing phone interviews as it was an out of state office.
