I did not hear from them for two months when I suddenly got an email asking if I was still interested. First the cultural fit interview with a consultant. The consultant was very professional, interested in answers and a fascinating person to meet. The second interview experience could not be more different. They ask to come up with an idea for a startup partnership with a large corporate and do a one-slide presentation. On the day, the interview was rescheduled last minute. One manager read neither the cv nor the one slide they requested. The other manager kept switching off their screen. We never get to the slide. Questions were fired at a rate of one every 30 sec. Answers longer than one sentence visibly irritated them. My impression was they did not want to be on that interview; it was yet another chore that was dumped on them and was eating their time. Overall experience in one sentence? It was a waste of time.
