I don't remember much of how it went, I think there was some group interview and then one-on-one with the HR. In any case, I got a call from them with an offer a month after I applied and were interviewed, during which time I almost forgot I applied. Silly.

There were some personality tests and standard dumb HR questions, as well as English language test. Both of these are total bollocks because many of the people they employed didn't know English that well, both written and spoken. Also, they happened to have hired a guy who was a total sociopath and not only did he not fit with the rest of the team, but he didn't do his job well at all. So much about their selection process. But then again, having my own experience as a customer with various idiots in customer services who didn't know the first thing about their job, I guess it's better than most.

The interview process was quick, first with a recruiter and then with someone who tested the language competence. I received feedback soon. After that I got an offer and paperwork was organised in a few days.

It's was quick and very communicative, the recruiters stayed in constant communication when it was Sitel now the recruiting process is horrible. I miss the old management. Now things are all over the place
