First round: Group discussion ,where a common topic is given and everyone has to speak on it . Not much filtering is done here. Second Round: F2F , where a person asks you to speak about yourself and then gives a topic to speak on for 2mins . Third Round : Technical Question, where you're given a 20 multiple choice question based on networking and basic computer knowledge. (10/20 is the pass mark ) Fourth Round : HR , where they'll ask you general questions and tell you about the company, timing, salary package, etc. If you clear this round , 90% you're in. Fifth Round : Versatile test ,computer based vocal test. Sixth Round : Psychometric, 90 mins computerized test on various question that test your multitasking, strategic and logical thinking.

Just good for newbies and challenging they train you before you proceed for the assessment and ask you few questions about yourself then work of experience and logical questions also that I encounter in the assessment
