Unprofessional interview process. While interviewing, banging was heard from the wall adjacent to the office where I was completing the first round of interviews. The HR manager explained to me that this was the manager in the adjoining office, and that he considered it a "fun prank" to bang on the wall when he knew she was conducting interviews. Although I continued to the next round of interviews, I withdrew my application based on this and the atmosphere demonstrating a general lack of professionalism.
