Phone screening interview and asked to complete a graphic design project right after which took more than a week for them to get back to me about. After I followed up it took more than three days to get back only to hear the company hired someone else. Very unprofessional to ask a potential candidate that they weren’t convinced about to work for free just to not at the very least interview out of common courtesy.
