Came in for open house for variety of jobs.
I had three rounds of interviews including a drink making test. Expected to get the job after interviewing with different people for three hours. They reach out to me the next day saying they went with someone else.

They asked about where I saw my future, and ultimately I think that because I had aspirations outside the company they went with someone else.

3 stage interview process: HR, manager, GM or director. Interview was held over 2 days. First round was with HR and manager. The next day I went back for interview with the director.
