Met with an HR team member at a career fair, first follow up was via phone to book an interview. The interview consisted of 3 interviews, with each of the HR Manager, Director of F&B and Banquet Manager. Questions were about "fit" and about relevant work experience, asking some questions about attitude, plans for the future and situation based questions.
Very kind people, focused on finding good people with the right attitude. Would rather find someone with the right "fit" and teach them the skills to do the job right.

Horrible experience, for the first initial phone interview, the recruiter was 10 minutes late to the call and didn't even apologize when he was late. For the in person interview, we scheduled it at a time on Friday and I show up to the interview and I'm waiting for 25 minutes until he comes downstairs to inform me that he thought I canceled the interview when I absolutely did not cancel it and wasted my time and had the nerve to ask me to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be rescheduling that interview.
Very quick and easy, the interviewers were friendly and cheerful and we’re passionate about the company. I enjoyed speaking to different members of the team during my interview process. After an initial round I got a call back with an offer.

All scripted questions, very self righteous attitudes, very pompous interviewers. They do not ask about you, they don't care. They do not get to know the applicants or realize they have gold in their hands.
