Dragged out interview process that doesn't really expose you. Timely process without proper follow-ups. You can tell its a "task" for currenty employees. It's actually impressive that some of the employees are in Hospitality with their personality types.

The interview process is documented in corporate's standards and it's the same on every candidate. It is a four-phase interview with your supervisor, the head of the department, the HR manager and the general manager of the hotel.
