It was very professional and informative regarding their company and the benefits/pay/expectations. The interview was first conducted by a woman in human resources and then I met with the department manager for the second part of the interview.

Tell us about a challenging situation you faced in a past job and how you dealt with it.
It was alot of walking but an easy process overall. It was about 4 different interviews in total. Good that they look for culture fit too and included a tour.
Around thirty minutes, smooth and mostly ask about the behavior questions. The person who interviewed me is super nice. But haven't heard any feedback after one week. Not sure about the next step.
Multiple step interview process. Smooth and straight forward. Discuss the reasons of why you chose Four Seasons and your goals for the future. Typically 2 interviews, one with management and one with HR.
