Had four separate interviews with HR, a food and beverage manager, the hotel manager, and HR again. Water and beverages were offered throughout the long process. I was not informed the process would take as long as it did so having a heads up before hand would have been nice.

Interviewed with HR, then a "practical" with the outlet manager where I "shadowed" the team, walked around the service area, and sat down for a formal interview. Then had a Teams interview with the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the whole property.
