Completely behavioral-based and focused on soft skills, very little focus on hard skills. They care more about cultural fit than your previous experience. They will actually note how often you smile in the interview.

I had to go through four interviews. I interviewed with different head managers from different departments. They asked a lot of theoretical questions about dealing with difficult customers. They are really looking for people who can think into the future a lot.
