I spoke with a really flakey executive recruiter. We did a phone interview. But she missed the first phone interview without notice. We rescheduled and she was 10 minutes late. Her emails were really unprofessional and untimely. I had an onsite interview with a few sales directors. It was fine, they were nice enough but honestly didn't sell me on the job. Overall, I was so underwhelmed. Pay was not competitive and I got a better offer.

Efficient and professional through each stage in the process. Gave a good ideal of what the culture would be like as an employee. Getting to meet people in person in the office was a differentiator.
