Dear Interviewer, I can assure you that FourFront is not writing fake reviews! I suspect this interpretation may be a matter of timing. As part of the intensive work we have been doing to continuously improve the company and to address past issues, we aspired to obtain the Glassdoor OpenCompany designation which we did receive. Part of this process was to send an invite to all current employees (thru Glassdoor itself) to write a review of the company. This invite generated several reviews from employees within a short period of time. Another requirement to obtain the OpenCompany designation was to respond to a certain number of reviews. We took this to heart and responded to every single review we have ever received. I believe the combined timing of the influx of reviews and our responses may have been interpreted as "fake" reviews when instead it was a dedicated effort to go above and beyond the Glassdoor requirement to be a transparent employer. I sincerely hope you receive this response as providing clarity to any concerns you may have. We are indeed committed to being just what you described: "a nice company that just had some growing pains." Thank you for your feedback. The interview you experienced is the result of training from which we developed an entirely different interview process. We are certainly not interview "experts," but we are getting better and the new process has been very well received both internally and by candidates.
