An untraditional speedy two-stage interview process. The first stage had a very relaxed vibe with free chocolate, candy and drinks, nevertheless informative with a snappy fun presentation explaining the history and the values of Fourth. The final part of the interview was a group discussion which allowed you to get to know the other candidates and the opportunity to explain why you would be right for this role. Before even making it back home I received the exciting news that they would like to invite me back for a second stage interview. Entering the second stage interview on this high the process still felt relaxed to me. During this process, we were given a more in-depth presentation on where the business is now, where they would like to be and how we could help them achieve that. The latter half of the interview was formal but fun where we got to speed date a range of employee's from all different departments.

2 Stage interview, the first stage was a group interview with a presentation about the role and company This took about 2 hours in total. the second stage was a series of 1-2-1 interviews with various members of management, spending 5-10 minutes with each. this stage took about an hour in total. the interviews were conducted on consecutive days, at the location I was applying for. Communication was good throughout the interview process, Whilst the interview process was a little more involved than i am used to, the interview team made the process friendly and enjoyable.
