Positive interview experience, but slow follow-up I recently interviewed for Project Manager at Fox Factory. The interview process was well-organized and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the role and the company. I had a positive experience with each of the interviews (HR, Director, Hiring Manager). The interviewers were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights into the position and the company culture. I was impressed by companies' products. However, after receiving positive feedback following each interview, I did not receive any updates on the status of my application for several weeks. This lack of communication made the process feel drawn out and uncertain.
