A 4-step interview process which took six weeks went into more detail than I had expected for this position. It began with a phone interview, which lasted about an hour, followed by a two-hour in-person interview. That was followed by another in-person interview with the Director of Operations. Finally, a working interview and one hour sit-down was scheduled over this time period.

Lots of call and guessing what they think of you based on your "personality" not many questions about actual work history. They need so many managers they basically quick screen you and go ok sure we will try you out. You couldn't really interview them on if you want to work there.
