Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Fox Restaurant Concepts (Tucson, AZ) nel mese di lug 2012
Colloquio
Phone interview with corporate HR lasting 10-20min with a scheduling of an in-person interview with the regional manager.
Meeting with the regional manager was a typical on premise interview followed by a call back.
Call back was a few days later setting up a time to meet with GM.
Meeting with GM was a somewhat intense interview followed by description of the company and its values and goals. It was ended by scheduling a stage (shadowing of position).
Stage lasted a couple hours and followed by a sit down discussion of the results with the GM and a verbal offer.
Written offer was received within a week.

Process was longer, (about 3 weeks, start to finish) but they invest a lot in their people & make sure they're getting the right ones, so this is not only understandable, but probably smart.
