The interview process was fairly easy and only took 2 weeks. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and scheduled me for an introductory phone interview. I was then scheduled for an Zoom interview with the supervisor, which went well. Lastly, I was scheduled for an onsite interview where I met the team and managers. I was told that the interview went well and was emailed the next day asking for a list of references for a reference check. A week went by with no word from the recruiter, so I asked for an update and was told that I should have an answer by the end of the week. One week passed, then two, then three weeks with no updates from the recruiter, leaving me anxiously waiting for an answer on if I got the job or not. Here we are, nearly two months later, and I have accepted the fact that I have been ghosted by the recruiter of a company that reached out to me to apply in the first place. I am extremely disappointed in Fox Robotics because I had high hopes as the position was perfectly aligned with me and my skillset. A communicative recruiter suddenly ghosting a candidate that she initially pursued after 3 interviews without even sending a rejection email is very insulting. And hearing that a few of my former coworkers that interviewed after me were extended offers makes the blow that much worse.
