The company constantly has the same roles open, which is a red flag as it suggests huge turnover, and it has been going on for years. Looking at their extremely negative employee feedback and overall score, it’s not surprising. The other possibility is that the advertised roles simply don’t exist. Communication with applicants is low (if successful) to nonexistent (if unsuccessful) - they don’t even send rejection emails. Don’t waste your time, this isn’t a good company to interview with, and clearly not a good place to work.
