1st round was the phone interview with the HR, Quickly phone interview. Then online interview, simply go thru the resume, discussed my background. Not a tough interview. They will ask some case questions.

The interview was not too long. Some technical questions. For example: How do you check the quality of a product, tell me your thought. Overall not bad but they want people who can speak Chinese as well.
