Step 1: Phone screen with HR - standard questions - biggest difficulty was understanding what the recruiter said, very strong accent Step 2: Coding test - 3 problems Step 3: Technical Interview - questions about algorithms and stats Step 4: Interview with consultant Step 5: On-site interview - 4 back-to-back 40 minutes interview, including case studies and very theoretical statistics questions - very tiring and intense - totally disorganized The process is very time consuming and the communication with the recruiter is just ridiculous. You send e-mails and they either won't ever respond you or will take a month to respond. At the end of the last stage, I was told I would receive an answer over the next days and the answer never came, even after trying to get in contact with the recruiter (and, obviously, being ignored). I honestly have never experienced such an unprofessional way to deal with people.
