There were in all 4 rounds : 1) Power BI Pen & Paper Test and Hands-On test : We were briefed about the company for a few minutes and them instructed there will be 15 mins pen & paper test and 45 mins hands-on test. a) The Pen & Paper test included 10 questions about basic PowerBI concepts and usage. 2 of them were difficult according to my experience. Rest all were easy if you have been in touch with the tool. b) The hands-on test included 5 questions based on the Superstore Sales. We needed to develop a report and answer the questions like which product was most sold in North region and etc. It was a 45 mins test and you really need to jot down your approach before you start. We were then supposed to give a small 10 mins presentation of what we have developed and what was the thinking process to a panel. 2) Face-to-face Interview: This consisted of two parts a)Technical round: There were two interviewers and they asked me questions about PowerBI hands on. The questions were related to the case studies we use daily to develop a report like what is dax, which are the dax functions generally used, how to change the measure axis in a graph, etc b) Guesstimation : This round consisted of guessing about the cases. I were given a scenario and then I had to guess how many bottle of cold drinks would be sold in a particular area. 3) Managerial Round: This was a telephonic interview and I was interviewed by a manager. The questions he asked included what type of report I would provide on an executive level, what would be my thinking,etc. In this round you need to think as a manager and how helpful your reports will be to the end consumer. 4)HR Round : In this round I had the interaction with the HR. She asked me various questions about my current job, why i want to switch, what were the scenarios where i thought out of the box, general HR stuff. 5) Aptitude Test: This was a tough aptitude test of 75 mins.
