Post clearing online technical test and telephonic technical interview ,the Technical Manager interview was scheduled . However , noone joined the telephonic interview call for over 3 times which was scheduled on weekdays during 9-5 working hours as per the interviewer's convenience . After which when I emailed the HR explaining the lack of respect for my time , the HR scheduled the call again. Yet again noone joined the call but me. This time I called the HR who promised to reschedule it again and said that I will be interviewed for a new team and thereby debarring my previous already cleared technical round. This new interviewer interviewed me for an altogether different role and little to guess I was rejected.

3 level interview. 2 technical rounds & 1 fitment round. They don't just test your technical skills, but rather your competency & way of thinking & handling projects. One of the best interviews i have ever faced.

The interview process had three rounds: HR, Online assessment, technical, and senior management. It was completed over a period of more than one month, involving detailed evaluations at each stage.

It was the most unique interview for me to date! There were 3 rounds for this role:- 1. Technical Interview 2. Case study round 3.HR round
After clearing all the rounds, and submitting the documents, I was told the role went on hold just a day after completing the process.
God knows what the real reason was, but disappointing experience.
