With Fractal I had a very poor experience to be honest. I applied for the Tableau Consultant role and after a month a got a mail from the company HR asking me to take 30 min. online test on DoSelect platform regarding the Tableau. I had very bad experience there as well. I took the test and later I followed up with HR after 1 week but didn't receive any mail from them. I still followed for 2 weeks but no reply from their side. It's very unprofessional. At least they should tell whatever result the candidate got.

Seamless and Fast Process. Applied at Mumbai Office. I applied through Referral. Started with Quick discussion with HR about current profile. A MCQ Tableau test was conducted via DoSelect. Easy test with basic questions of Tableau. Next was Telephonic Technical round conducted by Senior consultant. [May be the reporting person]. He asked about ETL and data modelling. Scenario based question how will you make tables for this data. How will you develop a dashboard to compare CPG products. Since I did not belong to Technical domain, I was not able to give up to the mark answers. Overall it was a learning experience.
