I had total five rounds of interview :
I got initial mail from Fractal HR to attempt online coding test. After writing the test and following up with HR , got mail after a week asking for my availability for face to face discussion at Fractal Mumbai office.
Round 1 : HackeRank Test (Online) :- Three Questions : 2 Data Structure/ Algorithm and 1 Machine Learning. (1 Hour)
Round 2 : Technical Round (1:1) :- Stats, machine learning and resume based grilling (1 Hour)
Round 3 : Technical and Managerial Round (1:1) -: Resume and coding based Questions. (1 Hour)
Round 4 : One more HackerRank Test with higher difficulty level than the first one. Three Questions -90mins
Round 5: HR Round(Telephonic) :- This can be elimination round as well, as HR makes sure if candidate fits in Fractal culture and his interests aligns with Fractals vision. (40 mins)
Received offer letter in two days after my HR round. Overall experience was extremely good. Fractal HR team is very professional and courteous (She even offered me coffee/snacks during my interview process)
P.S : Fractal Mumbai (New office) workplace is cool.

Client round was more tough. Screening also was around Reinforcement learning. Which I happened to pass. But cannot pass the client round second time. The interview process was around Artificial Intelligence and RAG.

The whole process took almost a week, including 2 Technical interviews, 1 HR round and offer release. Many thanks to Jesvin for making all this possible in such a short period of time.
Coming to the interview
1st round started with basic Python questions and data manipulation, followed by questions on previous role, projects, agentic frameworks, RAG, and retrievers.
2nd round was more in-depth, with a focus on details about Agent implementations, MCPs, Evaluation and improvement techniques.
3rd round (HR) was much simpler, with questions related to previous work experience.
Overall, the process was quick, and every interviewer was supportive and gave feedback properly.
