Interviewer was negative from the first question asking why do you want to change the company, i will not take your technical interview until you tell me this. I was postive in my answer but still.

HR (Rachna Patel) reached out to me and discussed about the open position at Fractal, once agreed she started with interview process thereafter. In all there were total 4 rounds of interview 1. Online test: DWH MCQ + SQL test 2. Technical round (VC): Pure technical questions from every area mentioned in your resume 3. Managerial + Technical (VC): Mostly management + project overview 4. HR round In my case, after clearing the Online test I was interviewed by the different technology person. I informed the same to HR(Rachna Patel) and she was on her toes to help me out and scheduled the interview round with correct team again. She was very supportive and prompt in responding to any email I dropped her/HR team related to feedback/next round of interview/any concerns etc. Also, last but not the least HR process here seems very smooth as there are not many unnecessary forms to fill up for releasing offer letter and doing pre-joining formalities. Overall, I had a very good experience of interview with Fractal.
