Received an email to complete two separate assessments. The SQL one was straight forward, while the cognitive test was in my opinion useless. Many of the questions required more than 60 seconds to complete, so not enough time was given.

It was a three-round process, excluding the HR round. There were two technical rounds (testing Python > SQL > SPARK) and one techno-managerial round with the hiring manager. In this round, they went in-depth into your projects and the tech stack you have worked on, from basics to scenario-based questions.

1st is average 2nd is managerial with technical.
Questions werw majorly the definitions and its use case on the theory side however practical designing questions and python was expected to be more strong
