It had 3 rounds, each lasting around 45 mins. Largely revolves on logical thinking and problem solving skills. A lot of focus on problem solving as that is what expected of the analysis here at Fractal.
Interview was 2 rounds, both of same level, basic algorithms and projects. A small case study on banking project. Overall it was easy, before this rounds there was SQL and python rounds.
Once resume was selected, it was a telephonic interview with project lead. Called for interview face 2 face once telecon interview was cleared. It was a final round with head of CoE. She had asked many question from technical to behavioural.
