The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview with the recruiter, then an online assessment, and finally an in-person interview with the recruiter and team manager. Both the recruiter and manager were very nice and eager to discuss my accomplishments, learn more about who I am, and of course, share something about themselves, the position, and the company. I was pleasantly surprised by their approachability and how positive they were. The interview itself was pretty casual and felt comfortable, almost like catching up with old friends.

one telephone interview and then face to face interview with two people. after that i was asked to take an online typing and reasoning test. a weak later they told me that i was overqualified for the position.

Ik werd eerst gebeld door HR voor een voorgesprek waarin werd ingegaan op mijn gewenste woonplaats, verwachte salaris en mogelijke startdatum. Een paar dagen erna al een sollicitatie, deze verliep prettig. Er werd ingegaan op mijn achtergrond, belangstelling en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden die zij bieden. Het was tweezijdig, het voelde meer als een dialoog dan ondervraging.
