Started with a phone interview about background and resume. After about 2 weeks had an in-person in the DC office. Standard interview, asking you about your experience, understanding of immigration politics, where you wanted to work in the future, etc. I thought the interview went fine and then never heard anything and when I reached out to the point of contact, they never got back to me either. Super unprofessional to not tell a candidate they did not get a job, it just takes a simple email. If they can't bring themselves to do that common courtesy, then I suppose I'm happy I am not working there.
