Applied via job board. Four days later, an automated email was sent for a screening interview. I scheduled a screening for the following day. The screening was average; the talent specialist asked relevant questions. I was surprised to receive an interview request with the hiring manager a day later. The area I applied for seemed to be looking for a specific culture fit -- first. In my opinion, experience and skill sets will not be relevant unless you match their cultural expectation. My opinion as well: if you mirror the interviewer's personality and traits, I have a strong suspicion further progression would be inevitable. A month after the interview, I have not had an update -- nor do I expect one. I knew I was not a fit (and so will you) within the first couple of minutes of the interview.

3 rounds of interview with multiple personnel. Generally straightforward. Technical questions are asked too. Best to be as direct and honest as possible with your answers. Also try to ask as many questions as possible
