Interviewed during Covid so process was all online or over the telephone. Applied and it took about 3 days for HR to send me an email inviting me to either Zoom or phone interview with the Sleep Lab manager. I did the call-in option and my phone and it was mostly chit-chatting with lots of questions about my resume, why I thought I would be a good fit at Fransiscan, etc. I thought that it was a bit difficult since it lasted for 1 1/2 hours, but I also hadn’t interviewed in a long time. Invited for a second interview via email about 2 days later which was another Zoom or phone option. 3 different interviewers present asking more questions from a packet that were similar to the ones posted on here. Reading through as many questions as you can and coming up with some things you might say will help greatly!
