I interviewed through school recruitment. First round was on campus, very easy going and conversational. Second round they fly you to one of the offices where you interview with two people, a partner & manager. They interviews are generally just to get to know if you fit in with the firm and culture.

The interviewers were very personable. The process feels much more like a conversation between two people as opposed to a line of questioning, which was characteristic of other interviews I had with larger firms in the industry.

I went through two interviews, the first was a 30 minute introduction interview with one person, and the second was a 2 hour final interview with five different employees. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They made it clear they love their jobs and the firm itself. Show that same enthusiasm!
