There was an interview with the recruiter before entering into another follow up interview consisting of three firm members back to back. It was reasonably simple and felt very inviting.

The interview was very chill with no technical questions. They asked stuff like tell me about yourself and why accounting and why this company. And they are judging you on how personable you are. You should have 2 or 3 interviews. One with a recruiter then another with a person higher up.
