Involved a drug test, and an 80 word survey about my moral and ethical background. I then met with a dealership manager who performed a brief interview. After which I was interviewed by another woman from a main office. Very friendly employers. I had applied through the online tool.

It is very easy. Just asked about prior work experience went over the resume If your good at interviews you will be good. They called me first and then invited me in to talk to the GM.
