Hired a long time ago from internet application. prescreened and the interviewed and offered a job. Current job was interviewed for in house by a panel interview. Worked with company and moved up through many 1-1 interviews but new process requires panel interview for this position. Panel interview was very laid back and stress free. Almost like they had already made up their minds. I was notified shortly after (2 days) of acceptance for the position.
