Straight forward and customer service based. First they bring you in for a screening interview with the HR ASM and then you’ll be assigned another interview with the department of your/the store’s choice.
If selected, you won’t start until you have completed the background check, which can take up to 2 weeks. And then you have to do 2 days of orientation.
It took me 3 weeks to start working from the day of my interview.

What are some qualities that you can bring to the team?
Standard. Similar to other competitors. Individual interview process. HR easy to contact. Application process standard. Unable to fully determine hours and schedule/ long term or consistent. Would consider looking at future openings and options for schedule available at that time.
Very cut and dry. Super simple because they're probably desperate for people . Asked me a couple basic question and hired me. Wasn't sure about wage or hours so kind of a red flag
