I had a disappointing interview experience with Free2move. I was invited for an interview, but no one joined the meeting at the scheduled time. I sent several follow-up messages and initially received no response. After multiple reminders, the interview was finally rearranged. The interview itself felt extremely formal and somewhat impersonal, with limited interaction or engagement. Considering the company’s image as a dynamic and agile organization, I expected a more professional and respectful recruitment process. Communication and candidate experience could definitely be improved.

The interview process was well structured and professional. After the initial screening, I was invited to a second round that included a case study assignment. The case study focused on data analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and drawing insights from a real-world mobility dataset. Clear instructions and a deadline were provided. The interviewers were supportive and focused on understanding my analytical thinking, problem-solving approach, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
