Was first called via telephone as the first round, following that I met with a recruitment manager. The phone call was very straight forward and if you demonstrate enough interest and professionalism that should be enough to get your foot into the door. Even though there are multiple rounds the interview process can move quite fast.

Very open to discussing financial perspectives and truly getting to know my beliefs and approaches to finance and investing and educated me on their business practices and beliefs making it feel very authentic and genuine of a place to work.
