Applied online through university portal. Within a few days got a response inviting for an interview. the interview was a simple one including 2 duty managers and a centre manager.

very easy. staff are friendly.know the nplq well and you should be fine, they don't ask you that much about it so even if you don't know that much you can waffle your way through.
