Attended phone screen with the Systems Engineering Manager who proceeded to ask me questions about Systems Engineering / Administration, which are quite a bit different from DevOps. None of the questions really had anything to do with DevOps, so I'm unsure of why the application was marketed as such. It seems like Freelancer.com is adding keywords (specifically DevOps-related keywords) that are not really relevant to the position (or interview) in order to get more applicants. In summary, it was a waste of time on everyones part.
