The interview was relatively easy. There were three "rounds," the first being your typical interview asking about your experiences and other behavioral questions. The second and third round asked how you would handle certain job situations, and then went over the training program and steps to management. I felt that it was unprofressional, as the Administrative assistant came into the room in the middle of the interview to do what she had to do on her laptop, and the interviewer would occasionally include the assistant in the interview.
