Pretty standard interview and overview of what the job does. Seemed pretty laid back and not too strict considering it’s an entry level position. They did a tour of the department.

Casual and laid-back but also professional. I enjoyed the atmosphere and would like to maybe work here in the future. Thanks Freeman for an overall positive experience. I will apply for other positions in the future

Mismanaged, Poor, Told would be called absolutely for sure on a certain date and wasn't, being completely ghosted, only finding out I was denied secretly on Thanksgiving night when they moved my application to 'No Longer Considered'. The process took about 4 weeks. After the first interview, was told I'd be scheduled again for a second interview the next week, over a week and a half went by before a schedule could be made. Was scheduled multiple times for the second interview. The mis-scheduled date time and date was calendar'd for me which I accepted, but on their end was for a day earlier; I was called 10-minutes before asking if I had already driven to the in-person interview and if I could reschedule, although the e-mail was set up and calendar'd for the following day. So, convenient that they'd miss the meeting that I wouldn't have been able to make. We rescheduled again; interviewed again and told I'd be called notified on a final decision the following week; heard nothing for two weeks. and randomly my application had slipped to 'no longer considered' without any response on Thanksgiving Day. They made it seem like 'Here's what's needed from us' which was more than simple enough for me to provide as if I'd be starting the position, so it was stress upon stress to go days wondering why there were no calls or e-mails from them, upon the stress with the scheduling, and handling my other affairs and scheduling requirements. The process was incredibly horrible from the get go. I've never worked in the medical field before, so I don't know what to compare these processes to, but being completely ignored and 'cut off' during the process being told one thing and it being another thing multiple different times added more stress over the one month's period of time than the actual interviews themselves.
The position is for $25 an hour, so $48k a year, so definitely check industry standards for systems administrator positions.
