Simple and straight forward interview. Took two different interviews (person to person) to get hired. Initially I had a human resources screening interview, which she then set me up on an face to face interview with a Studio Leader. After 'passing' that interview I was then asked to meet with the Partner who was over the studio I was interviewing for. The Studio Leader interview was mostly focused on my current skills and talents, whereas the Firm Partner was more interested in knowing my career interests and future potential. I enjoyed the interview process, they were very personable and seemingly supportive/ helpful (versus many interviewers who try to be intimidating)

The interview process is fairly traditional but at the same time conversational. Questions are a mixture of skillet and personality base. Previous experience at a technical level is expected.
