Applied in October 2023 and went through all three interviews, the last interview was at the beginning of January, Emailed them in mid-February asking for an update they said I was still being considered but it has been over a month since, and still haven't heard back from them.

It was a recorded video of someone within the company asking the questions. After this, you had to answer the question while looking at yourself. It was a very strange experience. On top of this, your response is timed so you have to frame your answer within 2-3 minutes.
